THE PROTOCOL: RETURNS, REFUNDS & DAMAGE CLAIMS

1. NO CASH REFUNDS & STRICT DAMAGE-ONLY POLICY

Under no circumstances do we issue direct cash or bank refunds. All sales are final. Returns or replacements are 100% restricted ONLY to items that arrive with verified transit damage. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, changing your mind, or style preferences.

2. THE 48-HOUR DAMAGE REPORT PROTOCOL & FREE REPLACEMENT SHIPPING

If your package arrives with legitimate transit damage, you must report it within 48 hours of the tracked delivery timestamp.

  • Mandatory Action: You must open a claim by sending an email to our official client services.

  • Required Evidence: You MUST attach clear photographic evidence or a raw, unedited video of the damaged product directly to that email.

  • Strict Rejection: Failure to provide these specific attachments or notifying us after the 48-hour window expires will result in an immediate, permanent rejection of your claim.

  • Resolution & Free Shipping: If your damage claim is approved, we will ship a brand-new replacement configuration to you completely free of shipping charges, or issue ØBL!V Store Credit via a digital gift card. We cover 100% of the return/replacement transit costs for verified damaged goods.

3. THE INFLEXIBLE SIZE POLICY (CHECK 10 TIMES BEFORE PURCHASE)

Our head-to-toe identities are highly limited, $319 premium configurations. Because we strictly limit inventory to maintain exclusivity, we do not carry extra stock for size exchanges.

  • Your Responsibility: You are required to check the size chart 10 times and ensure absolute accuracy before hitting the purchase button. If you order the wrong size, we cannot exchange it because that inventory simply does not exist.

4. THE POST-PURCHASE EMAIL CONFIRMATION (YOUR FINAL CHANCE)

To eliminate any errors, our protocol includes a mandatory safety net:

  • The Confirmation Mail: Immediately after you purchase, you will receive an official Size Confirmation Email from ØBL!V.

  • The Final Deadline: This is your absolute final opportunity to double-check and correct your size layout. You must reply and confirm your final sizes.

  • Locked Allocation: Once you confirm via email (or if 12 hours pass without a response), your configuration is permanently locked into deployment. After this point, no changes can or will be made. It is final.

5. THE ANTI-WARDROBING DETERRENT (THE WARDROBING FRAUD)

To protect our brand from wardrobing fraud (purchasing luxury items to wear for 1 day/photo shoots and attempting to return them), every ØBL!V identity configuration is shipped with a prominent, external security tag attached to the garment.

  • The Tag Rule: If this external security tag is broken, cut, removed, or tampered with in any manner, the product is deemed strictly non-returnable.

  • Inspection Protocol: Returned items undergo specialized laboratory inspection for microscopic signs of wear, stretching, or scents (perfumes, colognes, smoke). Items showing any sign of utilization or tampered tags will be rejected and shipped back to the client at their own expense (free shipping does not apply to fraud rejections).

6. LIMITED CONFIGURATIONS ALLOCATION NOTICE

We do not mass-produce. Our creations are restricted to a strict 200-allocation limit. If you do not wish to comply with our rigorous quality, sizing, and return protocols, we respectfully advise against purchasing from ØBL!V. If you choose not to purchase, it is absolutely no problem for us—that exact allocation and chance will automatically deploy to the next elite customer on our waitlist who appreciates the exclusivity of the product.

7. CHARGEBACK AND FRAUD DISCLOSURE

Any attempt to bypass this protocol by filing a fraudulent chargeback with your banking institution will be met with immediate legal counter-evidence. We submit our fully transparent policy, your delivery tracking data, your post-purchase email confirmation, and the presence (or absence) of your email attachments directly to the merchant processor. Fraudulent claims will be blacklisted from all future ØBL!V drops permanently.
